ALL EXCEPTIONS are to be reported to the ASSIGNMENT OFFICER via TELEPHONE – ASAP
- No Shows
- Players/Coaches Ejected
- Anything unusual of which the Assignment Officer should be aware

Sign-in using your email address and password.
Click on ‘Schedule’
Click on ‘Games’, check box – ‘Show all’ (on left side of screen below DISPLAY) This will bring up past games.
The first column has the game number; the second column has Note and should have a RED R in that same column. Highlight and click on the “R”, this will bring up the Game Report.
There are several PULL DOWN menus, one by Game Status and one by each Official. If the game ended normally, there is no change. Officials, use the appropriate PULL DOWN. If the official was a replacement and is not shown, add that as a comment, i.e.
Basketball
“John Doe replaced Robert Zee as Umpire1 or Umpire2"
Football
“John Doe replaced Robert Zee as Linesman”, or whatever position for football.
If you want you can add the score in the appropriate boxes.
Print a copy for your records and save.

ONLY the game designated REFEREE, with an EMAIL address has update access to the GAME REPORT on “thearbiter.net”. All officials have READ access to the Game Report for their assigned games.
